Practical Guide to Positive Thinking
If you don't know by now its the way we think that changes our reality. We are all very emotional beings and that causes us some problems when it comes to Energy work. Emotions are used a great deal in energy work, as a thought attached to the emotion of Love is a very powerful thing. But at the same time other negative emotions are very powerful to, but will bring you a totally different result.But the trick is to manage our emotions, by managing your thoughts. If we don't have thoughts that can trigger an emotion, then we have control. Sounds simple...
Well, here is where the problem lies, its not that simple. Firstly our minds are not trained, we live in a world where we let our minds think for themselves, without moderation. The way we control our thoughts is through meditation. Meditation allow us to manage our thoughts, by stop our minds from thinking and sit quietly without thought.
So whilst you need to practice your meditation, in the mean time i will show you how to turn those negative thoughts or depressive emotions into positive ones.
