Subtle Bodies

Information regarding the subtle bodies of the aura

A person has seven subtle bodies, all of which need to resonate in harmony with one another, creating a balance that keeps us in good health. Each body communicates to the next, passing on information in the form of energy. This energy travels through each layer or body until it reaches the physical body.

These vibrational energies are known as the Aura, or Auric Field. The word Aura comes from the Greek word meaning breeze. The Aura acts like a two-way transmitter and receiver connecting us to the energies around us. It can read the auric field of another person or object, providing us with information on an etheric, intuitive level, or it can send messages to any other person or lifeform. The Aura provides a protective envelope around a person. This protection, when working efficiently, can keep away negative energies that could manifest in the physical body as an illness. Because the auric field is very sensitive, any disharmony in either the physical or spiritual can cause the aura to become drained and de-energised. Once the aura becomes weak, holes appear which allow harmful energy to pass through, causing emotional or mental imbalances, which eventually manifest as physical disorders and dis-ease.

How to see auras?

Everyone can see energy/auras, for some of use it justs needs time and lots of practice. Here is how it all works.

1)In a darkened room with just background light, either a light on in the hallway or a room next to you. Also candles are good for this but position them so you don`t get a shadow.
