Coming back to the light

Up to three months ago i was learning a lot about energy and then for some reason i stopped for no reason really. Then in the last week or so with out me realizing people had started coming back into my life with an interest in energy. I bump into them in the street, things crop up over dinner or over coffee. And i realized that this is very normal, since February this year i have undergone so many changes in my life, i have learned so much about energy during this time you are going through a vast expansion and after every expansions there is a period of contraction. There is a saying 'what goes up must come down'. Well i believe that has happened to me. And over the last two weeks i have slowly beginning to expand once more. I have started to meditate everyday again. But it seems with more success i am starting to visualize things where before i could only feel things, now I'm starting to be able to create an object in my mind and see it and feel it.
So i am excited about this new period of expansion and i hope if anyone else is going through the same don't worry its all part of the journey of discovery. When your ready you will get back on your path.

Posted: 13.10.2007 09:11I just wanted to say to you that I went through a solid two years of that expansion. Rapid learning took place in my life and carried me into many learning experiences, not only about myself but others around me and life in general. I am now in the period of contraction, it seems as if I need to take a rest to let everything else catch up. The mundane or physical now needs to catch up with the mental and spiritual part of me. Thanks for sharing your thoughts.
